Summer tours
As a Tyrolean mountain hiking guide, I am authorized to lead you on mountain trails where there is no risk of falling - this includes mountain trails with a difficulty level of red (signpost) or T3 (online route planner e.g. bergfex.at and komoot.de).
Definition: Moderately difficult mountain trails (red, T3) are predominantly narrow and often steep and can be exposed in places (ÖAV/DAV: can have passages that pose a risk of falling). Short walking passages secured with wire ropes or unsecured sections for which the use of hands to support balance is advantageous can be included.
Dogs and other pets are only allowed at private guided tours (out of consideration for other participants with regard to allergies, fears, peace and quiet etc. and to protect the dog from overheating, overexertion, etc.). wild animals. Leash obligatory in the whole region to protect wild and grazing animals. Prices on request.
A maximum of 8 participants can take part in a tour - more on request for easy hikes.
For tours with more than 8 people, a second mountain guide can be included.
Conservation awareness and respect for nature are the basis for taking part in a guided tour!

SUMMIT TOURS ...
Don't worry - I'll only show you peaks where you don't have to climb and where there's no risk of falling - mountain hiking 😉...
MY FIRST 3000-METER PEAK! Have you always wanted to climb a mountain that exceeds the magical 3000-meter mark? Would you like to experience this without climbing or glacier crossings? I know many "hiking 3000-meter peaks" that I can show you. We'll drive for about an hour to the main Alpine ridge by car. Cost upon request.
Equipment can be rented / bought at Sport Norz (www.sport-norz.at)!

2-DAYS-BIVOUAC-HUT TOUR ...
Bivouacing or hut? Would you like to test your bivouac equipment under real conditions or just spend a wonderful night outdoors? This tour is just right for you! We bivouac at the hut area and we can use the hut's infrastructure. It is possible to sleep in the hut instead of bivouacing (extra charge and if available).
Of course, we get dinner and breakfast so that we can endure all of this 😉. If you don't have your own bivouac equipment, you can borrow one from me (bivouac bag or hammock, sleeping mat and tarp). If there is a bed available in the hut, it can be obtained on site for an additional fee. If you are interested in experiencing this exclusive offer, please contact me. The group size is limited to 6 people.
The tour is also ideal as a team building event for companies and clubs. For families or mountain enthusiasts with less fitness, there is an alternative route to the hut.
Equipment can be rented / bought at Sport Norz (www.sport-norz.at)!

BIKE & HIKE TOURS ...
Many hiking destinations (huts/alpine pastures, passes, peaks) are hidden deep in the side valleys of the Wetterstein Mountains and the Karwendel. Cars are banned from driving in all of these valleys. The approach alone would be a day trip. To ensure that we have enough energy for the hiking destination, we travel to some destinations by bike or e-bike. The bike serves as a means of transport - the main focus is on the hike. Participants must be good at cycling and know the traffic rules.
Destinations in particular deserve mention here
- Hinterau valley
- Gleirsch valley
- Karwendel valley
- Gais valley
Some moderately difficult peaks (excerpt) that can be reached by Bike and Hike: Hoher Gleirsch, Sunntigerspitze, Speckkarspitze, Mandlspitze, Vordere Brandjochspitze, Solstein, Erlspitze, Soiernspitze, Tajaköpfe, Stempeljochspitze...
Perfectly maintined bikes can be rented at Sport Norz (www.sport-norz.at)!
